Yes, the coaching agreement is a clear and concise agreement that shows my clients that they will be receiving quality service and the coaching expectations. This is also a commitment from my clients. The agreement sets out my terms and conditions and the collaboration commitment between me and my client.

Do you guarantee the privacy of my information?

Accepted Answer

100%. Anything discussed, or provided in written form is confidential and protected. Everything I do along our journey and process is discussed and I will ask permission from you first. There may be opportunities to record sessions for feedback purposes, learning and mentorship. At the end of the coaching package, you will be asked to write or we can record your feedback/testimonials based on your coaching experience, this is your choice whether you want this information to remain confidential.

What are my payment options?

After you have had your free discovery call with me and we've established that we are a good fit, you can go ahead and purchase a coaching package on my website.  Full payment is due upfront at the time of purchase. Select your chosen coaching package and you will be directed to enter your details and pay by debit or credit card from my secure payment platform.
